Pepper Ridge Elementary is a fully accredited K-5 public school located just inside the Meridian School Distict boundaries near the intersection of Cloverdale and Overland roads. The school was opened in the fall of 2004 adjacent to Peppermint Park.

Our school has 27 classrooms, 2 computer labs, a resource room, extended resource room, music room, library, gym and cafeteria. On-site counselor and nursing services are provided for our students. One computer lab is dedicated for PLATO and other teacher directed instruction. Here, students are challenged at their instructional level in math and reading. The PLATO program plus the rigorous instruction in the classroom provides students an opportunity to excel in academics. Leadership opportunities for upper grades are provided under our Student Council program. Students also are encouraged to participate in programs that promote physical health, goal setting and achievement for their grade level.

Parents at Pepper Ridge are great partners in education. We have already established a tradition of working together to support children in learning. We are proud to be starting the 2007-08 school year as a PTA. We have a new goal of introducing students to the fine arts. Our plan is to offer a variety of activities after school for Pepper Ridge students. We will need your help to make this goal a reality.
