Galileo offers parents/guardians choice in the education program available to students, and offers a project-based learning opportunity in a math and science environment. The grade level teaching professionals at Galileo will team to provide an educational atmosphere in which the readiness level of the student is closely matched to the level of instruction presented.
Project-based learning is experimental, hands-on and student centered. The student will respond by feeding back information and then actively use the knowledge gained to explore, negotiate, interpret and create. As students construct solutions, they shift the emphasis toward the process of learning.

There will be an active outreach program that will involve local community and business in science and math learning opportunities for the students of Joint School District NO. 2
