Cheryl Heuett
4th Grade Magnet Teacher
Cheryl is a native Idahoan who attended both the University of Idaho and Boise State University and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. She has taught for fourteen years in the Meridian School District.  She has taught at Summerwind and Chaparral Elementary where she received the "Teacher of the Year" award in 2004-05.  She has been at Paramount since it opened in 2007.  Cheryl loves teaching fourth grade because she loves Idaho history and because children at this age are creative, independent, and eager to learn.  She is married to Jacob, a financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors in Boise. They have a seven-year-old son Kaden, who loves being a first grade student at Paramount.

Trudy Chambers
4th Grade Teacher
Trudy received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Idaho State University and has taught in the Meridian School District for 10 years, teaching Kindergarten, 1st and 4th grades. Trudy is married and has two children--a daughter Emily who is ten and a son Alex, who is six.
“I am looking forward to the rewards and challenges of teaching in a brand new school. I can honestly say I am one of the lucky people to have found a job that I absolutely love. I enjoy spending time with my family too, but I feel very fortunate to be able to work with great people I work with and especially with kids. They make every day new and exciting. I can’t wait to start the new school year, and meet all the families that I will be working with in the years to come!”

Jock Summers
4th Grade Teacher
Jock is married to Julie Summers, who also teaches here at Paramount.  They have been blessed with three daughters.  Jock is a graduate of Boise State University.  He loves to play golf and collect coins.  When he wakes in the morning, he is excited to get to work!  He has a great passion for teaching the history of Idaho.  Jock was honored to be named the Idaho History Teacher of the Year for the State of Idaho in 2006 and has been a past Teacher of the Year at Meridian Elementary School.
