Melissa Ireland

Melissa graduated in 1999 from Albertson College of Idaho with her BA in Elementary Education & Spanish.  In 2001, she received a Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from NNU.  She loves teaching kindergarten, and enjoys her time spent at home with her husband Terry and their three wonderful children-Maddie, Tayson, & Braylon.

Kelly Stred

Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Sacramento in 2000. She received her teaching credential through San Francisco State University in 2002. Kelly taught 1st grade in California for four years and one year teaching kindergarten at Eagle Hills Elementary. Kelly moved to Meridian in April 2006, and will be getting married September 8, 2007. She has two "children," a 2-year-old Bullmastiff named Kya and a 2-year-old Staffordshire terrier named Kona.
"I just don't feel complete without stepping into my classroom every day. There are so many spectacular things that take place there and I love to watch the children's light bulbs click each and every day. I am looking forward to an amazing year together and I can't wait to meet you!"

Sarah Johnson
Kindergarten Teacher AM/PM
Sarah describes herself as a military brat, born and nearly raised all her life in Bellevue, Nebraska. She moved for a short time to Fullerton, California then spent a few years in Annapolis, Maryland. Sarah then returned to Nebraska where she completed her education from second grade up until receiving her Bachelor's degree. She is certified Kindergarten-8th with a specialization in Early Childhood Education. She taught Pre-Kindergarten in Nebraska before moving to Idaho in 2008, when she began teaching Kindergarten at Paramount.
