**Please note the attached is a revised schedule.  The original form had the Basketball Skills Clinic listed on Mondays, however, the Clinic is actually on Tuesdays.  All other information remains the same.

Applications for the 2009 After School Programs are due in the school office by February 11, 2009 at 3:30pm.

Tuition is non-refundable.
