Kayce Fuhriman
5th Grade Magnet Teacher
Kayce received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Idaho; however, she has taken more classes at Boise State, so she diplomatically roots for Ohio State and stays out of the UI/BSU rivalry! She has taught the 5th grade for 10 years, and still loves every minute of it. Kayce was honored as Teacher of the Year in 2002-2003. Kayce has four married sons and 12 of the cutest grandchildren in the universe--five live in Ohio and seven live in Boise. She loves to ride her bike on the Green Belt, go for long walks, and read. Her yard usually looks like she needs to buy a goat, but her garden grows blackberries, raspberries, grapes, and whatever else she feels in the mood for in May when she plants!
